• Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
• Check out time is 12:00.
• The estimated time is 12:00.
• Early check-in from 00:00 to 07:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the room price per 1 day
• Early check-in from 07:00 to 12:00 - 50% of the room price per 1 day
• Late check-out from 12:00 to 19:00 - 50% of the room price per 1 day of accommodation
• Late check-out after 19:00 check-out - 100% of the room rate for 1 day Additionally,
• Every guest 18 years and older is charged a tourist fee of UAH 14.20 per night
• Children from 4 years of age are admitted to the nursery when providing a medical certificate
   

• Attention! In case of contraindications in receiving these procedures, the administration set back the cost of procedures included in the basic spa treatment on a package «All VIP» in the amount prescribed by order of administration of 06.06.11 № 40.
